Busy, busy, busy
Family, How are all of you? I am actually doing really wonderful. I did have a few hard times this past week but nothing you need to worry about. I was so sick on Friday night I was up all night throwing up, but it went away the next day. I have so much to tell you. I have been so busy! We had exchanges again so I was with Sister Curtis and we visited her investigators. One of them is deaf so I got to sign! It was so awesome. I loved every minute of it! The rest of the week has been good. We went to visit a lot of our investigators and all of their kids were so happy to see us. They all made us Valentines cards or treats and they are all so cute. Valentines Day I got your cute package! I love getting letters from all of you! That was the night I was sick, but Sister Parker took good care of me and that was nice. Saturday and Sunday were the best days this week. Saturday we did another "blitz". We had members come with us and it went really well. We went to visit one of our investigators "L" and it was great, then the best news ever....her daughter "K" came up to us afterward and we have been teaching her as well, she is 11 and she told us she wants to be baptized! She said she has prayed about it and she has received her answer:) We are trying to get her ready for next Saturday. I am so excited!!!! Her mom told us once she understands more she also wants to be baptized. They came to church and announced to everyone that they are going to be baptized. Soooo exciting!!! Transfers are tomorrow and I am not being transferred so I will be in Highland Heights for another 6 weeks. I am really happy with that. After church the Shuleys had us for dinner. We had a wonderful time. They showed us a talent that they are doing for a talent show, it was amazing. It was so much fun. Every day I am realizing more and more how much I love it here. People here are so awesome. I love missionary work. It is so amazing. The Lord really does bless me. I love you all so much! Stay Strong! Love, Sister King 3 Nephi 18:21 "Pray in your families unto the Father, always in my name, that your wives and your children may be blessed."

Family, Thanks so much for the birthday presents! I loved them. I feel very loved. I had a wonderful week and birthday. My birthday was great. On Thursday one of our less actives that we visit took us out to Ruby Tuesdays for dinner. It was delicious. On Friday, we had a long meeting but in that meeting we were told some really great news....brace yourself...I GET TO GO TO THE TEMPLE! So yes, I am going to need temple clothes. This mission has been waiting for over a year to be able to go to the temple and now we get to go. Everyone was so excited. It is so awesome. After the meeting I had dinner with a member. They made cheesecake and put a candle in it and sang happy birthday to me. It was great. Everyone in my zone called or texted me and told me happy birthday, even people in my ward called me, it was so sweet! Can you believe I am 20?! Yikes! Our lessons this week have gone crazy good! I have extended baptism 7 times. I feel like I am really progressing. I love it! We are doing great as a companionship. We have our ups and downs, but we are doing well. Transfer meeting is February 18th. I am not sure if I will be going or staying, I will let you know. I hope you are all doing well. I got a letter and package from Rachel Wyss and Tina Salisbury! It made my day, they are so sweet! I want you to know that I am doing great. Everyone write me. I love you all so much and I think about you all the time. You are the most amazing family in the world. I love you all so much! Love Sister King

Things are going great here. I can't believe I turn 20 this week! I am actually lucky, on my birthday I am going to lunch with a member and then we go to a members house for dinner that night. It should be a good birthday. It is weird being away from home but I am learning so much. I am learning to manage money:/ yikes! We keep running out of things at the apartment and I can't just call my mom and ask her to pick them up on her way home from work, lol! Anyway, I have finally gotten the letters that you sent that went to the mission home. Tell Laurie Howick thank you so much for the letter and for the money, it really helped me out. Well, just let you know, I did have to go and have a CT scan for my jaw. I should have the results of that tomorrow. I think my bishop may call you with the results. My jaw is still hurting but not as bad. They put me on antibiotics, but they aren't really doing much. Don't worry about me, I will be fine. I wasn't feeling well, and I was a little stressed, everything just hit at once it seemed like. I had an interview with my mission president this week and he said I am doing a wonderful job. I have been recognized in my zone multiple times. That all makes me feel good. It was really nice to hear from my mission president that I am doing such a great job. We are teaching some amazing people and I can't wait for a baptism! It will happen! I love you all, stay positive and don't forget to smile. I also wanted to tell you that you should invite the missionaries over as much as you can or go with them to teach. Members that help the missionaries are a huge blessing. I love you ..have a great week! Sister King
